YOUR LIFE A-Z: JUICE

NOT ALL JUICE IS GOOD FOR YOU!

JUICE

The TWENTY MINUTE COACH is discovering that “J” words are not great motivators for blogging; however, the word JUICE has some possibilities. The word JUICE provides a multi-topic format. It is common to think that drinking JUICE is healthier than drinking soda.  But not all JUICE is created equal. Next time you reach for the orange JUICE, grape JUICE or the cranberry JUICE,read the label.  Check out the sugar content, the additives, and the carbohydrate count.  You may be shocked.  Then check out the contents of a typical soda drink.  Compare the two drinks. Not much difference in terms of healthy choice. If you are the industrious type you might want to consider JUICING.  JUICING fresh fruit and vegetables is healthier than buying JUICE. I know that my basic personality make-up, finds no personal interest in JUICING; however I admire those that do. If a persondoes not have interest in something, he/she will not move toward it.  JUICE in the English language is not all about food. JUICE is also about motivation.  You have heard the phrase, “Get those creative JUICES going.” What is it that motivates you to be creative?  Those who love to JUICE fruits and vegetables feel creative as they follow their inner JUICINESS. Don’t allow yourself to become a coach potato, JUICE up your life with something different to keep yourself moving.

YOUR LIFE A-Z:INSPIRE

LISTEN TO ALL THAT IS AROUND YOU
INSPIRE

Now allow the science discovery of yesterday, to INSPIRE you today.  If you are connected to everyone else and you begin to act like each action you take really matters, then be INSPIRED to make a difference today.  INSPIRATION is the energy that motivates change and creativity.  Perhaps, you have been one of those wallflowers sitting in the back row waiting for someone else to do something good for the world. Well, what about you?  Get up out of the shadows and go make a difference today.  Yes. Right now.  Be INSPIRED and INSPIRE others.  Allow yourself to feel good down to the bones of your soul by getting out of your rut and help someone else today.  Go back through the TWENTY-MINUTE COACH’s blog and re-read blogs like pay it forward, compassion, action, and other words that INSPIRE you to take action for the good of others today.  Turn on some music and move toward the INSPIRATION within.  Open your eyes and see the needs of others around you and be INSPIRED to meet those needs.  Get out of your backyard of misery and give to someone else.  That action will INSPIRE you to keep moving forward in your life, because you begin to realize you matter.  Why do people sing in choirs?  I believe people sing in choirs because it makes him/her feel good.  Those feel good feelings radiate out of those voices to the listening public.  Both choir and audience are INSPIRED by what they hear.  Do something with that INSPIRED feel good feeling today.

YOUR LIFE A-Z:JOURNAL

WRITE IT OUT...ALL OF IT
JOURNAL
Yes, write it down.  To JOURNAL is to record a story.  Think about it. Journalists are reporters that write down the event.  They don’t just report the event, such as, today there was a bank robbery at the corner of Bell and Jack Rabbit, they describe in detail the robbery.  Today, at 1:07, a blue pick up truck pulled into a very active strip mall and parked near the exit.  Two heavy set white males, appearing to be about 5’6” got out and walked to the bank.  As they entered, they nodded to a woman wearing a purple shirt and blue jeans.  She got in the bank line, fiddled to get her check book out of her leather purse, and when it was her turn at the teller, the two guys rushed behind her and stuck a gun in her back.  She told the teller, “I need $10,000 or these guys are going to kill me and everyone in the bank.  They are armed and have three hand gernades to dislodge if you don’t do this now and without any cues to anyone else. Understood?  See, got interested didn’t you?

Make your journaling a written and interesting report about your day. Now, take ten minutes and describe your day as definitive as possible.  “My first thought this morning was, I want taco’s tonight.  As I dressed in my black suite and turquoise blouse, my taste buds were remembering those tacos at Sierra Blanco.  You get the point.  Now go do it.  No Excuses.  Do and Do It Now!
